It's sunset on an August 2003 afternoon as I snap this photo of today's Cochrane Yard Crew switching out the Shops' "Oil Spur". Here we see a full tanker being spotted by Engineman Paul and 1605 on the Spur while the recently lifted empty tank car (PROX 46401) waits to be brought back down to the Yard.
