It's sunset on an August 2003 afternoon as Cochrane's Yard Crew (Paul, Derek, & Mike) lift an empty fuel car (the white tank car) from the Cochrane Shops "Oil Spur" and spot it on the "Wye Track" in order to spot a full car (the black tank car) in it's place.
