July 2003 at Cochrane Yard. We're at the Yard's Van Siding as Loader Operator Hal and Section Foreman Bob go through the delicate task of safely unloading ONR's Cat 966F from flat car ONT 2082. Here we see Bob (with the help of Hal in the loader) positioning customized timbers to complete a ramp for the loader to unload.
