It's a July 2003 afternoon on Cochrane Yard's Van Siding where Section Foreman Bob and Loader Operator Hal embark on the teadious task of safely unloading this huge Caterpillar 966F from her specially built flat car ONT 2082. Here we see the boys busily undoing chains which help keep the loader in place while 2082 travels.
