July 2003 marked the beginning of a new look for Running Crews along with other staff working outdoors in ONR Yards. Although Maintenance Of Way and Section Crews have been wearing Safety vests for years, it has been ruled that all Employees and Managers working outdoors on ONR property will have to begin wearing these vests. Here we catch up with 313 Conductor Grant as he walks back to the Yard with his new "O.N. Rail" vest at Cochrane Yard.
