It's March 30th and spring is in the air (along with a fair amount of exhaust) as tonight's Englehart to Cochrane 213, featuring SD75I 2100, SD40-2 1735, and GP40-2 2202, throttles up at Nellie (Mile 4 on the Devonshire Subdivision) after a necessary spotting at the nearby General Chemical plant.
