December 2nd's photo is snapped at Cochrane Yard November 28th as the DeBeer's Victor Diamond Mine transportation project, which has been in progress for pretty much the last month consisting of containers and dimmensional load Atco trailers, suddenly takes a turn to more massive commodities as six Caterpillar 777D rock trucks arrive at Cochrane Yard from Alberta. GP38-2 1801 is practically alongside the truck which helps you appreciate the overall size of these things.

The plan for these trucks (along with the Atco's and containers) is to store them at a new storage yard equipped with it's own 1700 foot siding at Moosonee where it will all wait for the opening of the Moosonee to Attawapiskat ice road this winter to continue the journey north to the new mine.
