It's November 2nd at Cochrane Yard and there's a slight dusting of snow on the ground as this morning's 421 "Little Bear" Crew carry out their pre-departure switching. Here we see 421 Brakeman Jim guiding today's Engineman Paul, aboard GP38-2 1801 (teamed up with 1802), back as the boys runaround their just lifted "Beer load" from the Brewer's Retail Spur, insulated box ONT 261.
