It's a cold & rainy Monday morning at Cochrane Yard's "Side Ramp" track August 22nd as I catch up with the Yard's Section Crew hard at it tieing down recently loaded bundles of ties. These along with other countless amounts of ties which have been stored, loaded, and shipped out of Cochrane over the summer are making their way to the Kapuskasing Subdivision as part of a massive late summer track work project.
