April 28th's second photo features a newly unveiled plaque at Englehart Station with names of 45 individuals who lost their lives in the service of ONR as far back as 1914 as it is viewed by an Englehart resident. Also inscribed on the plaque is the following message, "Honour the past, Work Safe in the present, Plan to improve the future". At 12:00 pm today all ONR trains stopped for a "moment of silence" followed by a cermonial blowing of locomotive horns system-wide at 12:01pm to honour fallen comrads. Flags across the ONR system flew at half-mast this National Day of Mourning also.
