Today's second photo was snapped at approximately 1230 ( 1 hour and 15 minutes after 421's scheduled departure ) after GP9 1603 suffered mechanical woes requiring the Little Bear to return to town after departing once already for a locomotive exchange. On the right of the photo you'll see the set off 1603. GP38-2 1808 was sent down from the Shops to stand in for 1603 and can be seen here assuming the position behind 1809. The Bear was finally on it's way by 1245.
