October 21's Pic of the Day was snapped at Cochrane Shops this afternoon as Construction Crews begin erecting the framework for Cochrane's new Passenger Car Shop. After the painstaking job of breaking up the old buried roundhouse foundation (yup, Cochrane's old ONR Roundhouse was here) and the lengthy job of forming & pouring the new foundation, the project is now moving along quite nicely. I hear that this new Shop will be ready to go by mid to late November.
