It's about 0750 on a pretty dark and dreary October 18th as today's 313 Crew (Mike, Cal, & Phil) with GP38-2 1808 and GP9 1605 for today's power do a little extra switching in order to make up their westbound (northbound) consist at Cochrane Yard. As you can see, the sun peeked out through the clouds just long enough to reflect off of those shiny "O.N. Rail" paint jobs.
