It's a "carbon clearing" kind of morning at Cochrane Yard for Engineman Arnold and Conductor Vaughn aboard this morning's 313 power GP9's 1602 & 1603. The boys pull a string of Kapuskasing bound loads and empties out of the Yard as Shops' Car Men (in the pick up truck) wait to install an SBU to the tail end. After the tests are completed and the paperwork's recieved, 313 will be pulling west (north in ONR terms) to Kapuskasing.
