It's EXACTLY 20:13 on September 15th at RTC Englehart as another ol' pal works his final shift before retiring. As of 23:59, RTC Dispatcher Tom Smith (TWS) will be wrapping up a successful railroading career at Ontario Northland to take on his new full time roll as CEO of his Bretha Central HO Scale Railway.
