It's about 2100 on Friday September 10th as I stumble on yet another one of ONR's more modern water tenders this time at Englehart. ONT 8, a former CGLX tank car is seen here spotted under the huge flood lights which illuminate the south end of the Yard making the car look a little "greenish".
