Mock 2004 was held Sept. 8th on the Kap Sub's Western Avenue Crossing at Cochrane this year with an added "twist". Mock 2004 was an all out Emergency Services Exercise. The scenario greeting Police, Fire, & Ambulance Services was a grade crossing accident involving students in a car, a leaking & burning load of diesel drums (in the boxcar), a sulphuric acid car coupled next to the box car, and a loaded school bus on the opposite side. It was indeed a "worst case scenario" organized to familiarize Emergency Personel in accidents of this nature.
