It's 0300 at North Bay's Diesel Shops August 28th as I capture a photo of SD40-2 1735, CN SD50F 5457, & CN SD40-2 5380 resting the night away. Just as I snapped the photo, it was obvious that 5457 had it's own "Smart Start" system as you can see the sudden burst of exhaust rising as the unit fires up. You can also see some "Pacific Starlight" equipment in the background.
