July 28th was another pretty productive picture day as we pack up and head north to good ol' 142.5. This trip was indeed a must with the addition of the Pacific Starlight equipment to 624's consist. We travelled north on 421 this morning and sat around skipping stones for a few hours until we caught the southbound 624. Just like clockwork, the Excursion thunders onto Moose River Bridge at a cool 10mph (the new ordered speed to allow the passengers a better view).
