FEATURED "PIC OF THE DAY" JULY 15, 2004
Nope, 213 isn't heading south out of Iroquois Falls to Welsh.
It's heading north to Cochrane from Porquis when I snapped this
photo at Nellie Lake July 15th. The Morning Line Up from RTC had
1733 teamed up with 2103 but when we caught up with it at Matheson,
this is how she looked with 2103 running backwards all the way to
Cochrane from Englehart.
I later found out that for some reason 1733 wasn't available but 2103 was unable to be wyed because of the power for 450 to North Bay derailing on and shutting down Englehart's Wye. There are other wyes at Swastika and Porquis but since SD75I's are equipped to run backwards "legally" 213's Crew more than likely elected to leave 2103 in this position so as not to have to wye the locomotive at Cochrane.
