It's early morning at Cochrane Yard as Opasatika bound 313's Engineman Brian throttles up in a cloud of blue smoke pulling a string of cars from 3 Track. Since GP9 1603 recieved her massive rebuild a couple of years ago, Running Crews don't seem to mind if 1603 is positioned as a lead locomotive which occurs quite often on 313.
