Today's photo was taken July 3rd as the northbound Polar Bear Express (423) rolls into Otter Rapids (Mile 93.5 on the Island Falls Subdivision). This is where the Head End Crew swaps seats and the Tail End Crew does a "roll by" inspection of the passenger car consist before the train throttles up for the remaining 92.7 miles to Moosonee.
