Due to a slight braking problem along with an overall lack of power, Cochrane Yard had 2 elephant style GP9's pulling Yard Duty Thursday (kind of a "new paint" meets "old paint" type photo). Not long after this photo was taken two GP9's were pretty much the norm on account that two GP9's were available to be m.u.'d.
