In the Great White North, winter never just "goes away" as evidenced April 5th at Cochrane Yard where we meet up with Yard Foreman Shawn, Yard Helper Greg, and Engineman Neil tackling the appropriate switching of recently arrived Little Bear "Rough" amongst the harsh winds and snow which has been belting the area over the last two days.
