December 5th's "Pic Of The day", which recently can better be described as "Pic of the Month"...Hee Hee, comes from Cochrane Yard as yet another 419 readies to head north. Back behind those 2800 and 2700 series box cars (which are serving as buffers) are 6 all-terrain boom trucks belonging to the Valard Company, the contractor responsible for building the industrial powerline between OPG's Otter Rapids Dam and the De Beers Victor Diamond Project.
