It's dawn at Cochrane Yard as ONR Representatives and Members of the North American Rail Car Operators Association Line up and make final preperations for a late summer journey to Moosonee. Members of NARCOA will recieve a special treat this year with a scheduled stop at Moose River for lunch served on an ONR Work Train stationed there.
