We're At the Norbord Lead and Blower Track of Cochrane Yard August 30th 2006, as Members of the NARCOA (The North American Rail Car Operators Association), load their custom built and fully refurbished motor cars and hi-railers onto ONR trackage in order to take a journey north to Moosonee the next morning.
