FEATURED "PIC OF THE DAY" JULY 15, 2014
She's a long way from home but she's looking absolutely beautiful in the loving care of the Huskinsons of Creemore Ontario (west of Barrie). This is ONR caboose 111 which was originally built back in 1953 and now rests on a scenic property providing tourists an opportunity to climb aboard and stay on a nightly basis. This photo was captured in October 2011 just after receiving a fresh coat of paint to her exterior. Thankfully, Ontario Northland provided paint chips to Dave Huskinson so he could get her painted up as close as possible to her "chevronized" glory. Great job by the Huskinsons, and if you want to sleep in the 111, drop by www.clearviewstation.com .
