When photographing 308 at Kidd as they make up their southbound consist, you can get a variety of photos from different vantage points including this one photographed in August 2005. Today's Engineman Greg aboard SD75I 2103 pulls half of 308's consist out onto the Main for the double-over. I'm actually standing at an Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs' bridge which runs along Highway 101 which is situated a few hundred feet away from the track. Although there's too much shrubbery to be able to capture the railway bridge itself, the colorful landscape frames the part of the bridge you can see and any passing trains just right.
