Here's a July 2004 look at the stainless steel kitchen set up of ONR's recently purchased Observation/ Dining Car "Indigo" from BC Rail. The Crew required to run this car include a Cook, 2 Waitresses, and a Car Supervisor. Since the Polar Bear Express runs six days a week, there will be 2 Crews working 3 days each.
