It's been pretty much made official August 2003. Due to the endless problems encountered by the aged 1600 series GP9's in Cochrane Yard, it's been decided that if a second GP9 is available it will be m.u.'d with the GP9 pulling Yard Duty. In the case of a lack of availability of 1600's, the power from the Little Bear or Kap Turn will be used.
