It's an August 2003 afternoon at Cochrane Yard when I catch up with today's Yard Foreman Willy hard at it with his switchlist in hand. Willy is busy here amongst a bunch of paper loads from Kapuskasing sorting out Bad Order cars and placing in order (with the help of Yard Clerk Ivan at the Yard Office) the consist of that afternoon's 414 to Englehart.
