It's an October 2000 morning at Cochrane Yard where a Work Train derails at nearby Cochrane Junction. With that occurence, things tend to back up. In this photo, FP7au 2001 and GP38-2 1805 with the northbound Little Bear's freight traffic now basicly is left waiting until the one derailed car of the Work Train can be rerailed and cleared from the Junction. On the "Centre Lead" is the remainder of the Work Train consist which was pulled back by the Little Bear power to clear Third Avenue and if you look carefully, you'll see the Little Bear's coach consist on the main.
