The ballast cars on this passing northbound Work Train back in the 1980's looked quite "spiffy" with their new ONR paintjobs. Apparently the history of these cars is just as interesting as the paint jobs themselves. 2 interesting points are that these used to be covered hoppers and they used to belong to an unknown American Railroad.
