This is probably the most Media attention Moose River has recieved in years! We're on board a Special July 2004 northbound Polar Bear Express commemorating the Excursion's 40th Anniversary. The train makes a special 'unscheduled stop' at Moose River to allow the local print & tv Media who were invited on the trip a chance to photograph the Excursion crossing the gigantic 1800 foot bridge. The Media was also treated to tours of Moosonee & Moose Factory.
