This is a photograph snapped May 2003 of "The Brains" behind Cochrane Yard's Scale Track. Yard Co-ordinators from Cochrane's Yard Office have the job of operating this "Spectrum S-1000" which not only weighs the car but gives a detailed print out of the car's weight for the Co-ordinators use.
