On November 29th, 2004 one of winter's problems to the Railroading Industry, ice build up on crossings, stopped the northbound 421 (Little Bear) right in it's tracks as lead unit GP38-2 1802 wound up on the ground after running over Cochrane's 4th Street Crossing. In this photo the Bear's Running Crew, Shops Staff, and Section evaluate the problem and begin the teadious task of rerailing the GP38-2.
