Lillabelle Lake Road located at Mile 4.5 on the Island Falls Subdivision north of Cochrane is the setting  as Southbound Little Bear (622) lead by GP38-2 1805 plows into town kicking up a snowbank created by the local Plow Contractor February 2001.
