Here's a snapshot of a hovercraft arriving on the southbound 622 from Moosonee January 2003. This hovercraft was being test driven up north for a possible all season link from Moosonee to Moose Factory. Unfortunately it didn't work due to the cold temperatures and the rough river ice.
