Doug and Keith from Cochrane Yard's Section monitor the draining of water from Maintenance of Way Water Tank Car Number 2 when she jumps the rails at Cochrane Yard in the wee hours of the morning in June 2003. Draining is necessary in order to make the car light enough for the Crew to rerail it.
