GP38-2 1800 and the Crew of 516 roll into Kapuskasing Yard July 2002. The Crew will couple up to their westbound consist as 313's locomotives will couple up to 516's eastbound consist. Once 313 clears the main, 516 (whose number will change to 515 for the westbound trip) will go back to Hearst. 313's train number will change to 514 and proceed back to Cochrane.
