Southbound 308 (Kidd to Englehart) races through Sesekinika along the Ramore Subdivision at track speed June 10th with 1 southbound load of scrap. Although this portion of the train's journey can safely be considered as 'overpowered', 308's southbound trip began with plenty of concentrate loads out of Kidd. These loads were then set off at Porquis (the junction between the Ramore and Devonshire Subdivisions) where they will be lifted by northbound 213 in order to continue their journey to Cochrane and eventually Hearst where they will then be handed over to CN. Therefore, after the set off, 308 is left with one southbound car. I and about 15 others from the Ontario Northland Railway Historical and Technical Society were here to catch this shot during the society's annual convention held in nearby Kirkland Lake this year.
