We're at Potter along the Devonshire Subdivision in June 2009, where I meet up with southbound 422, today powered by GP38-2 1802. As you can see by the crushed rock on the ground, Potter siding has been utilized to load ballast hoppers for Rock Projects in the area. The unique perspective of this morning's photo was courtesy of tons of crushed ballast piled approximately 50 feet high waiting to be loaded.
