This was a first for me. This is a photo of  the 1800 foot Moose River Crossing located at Mile 142.5 from aboard 421 Little Bear lead unit 1805 in February 2006. As you can see, ice always piles up on the west side of the bridge all winter long, which is why the bridge piers are designed the way they are (See a photo of the piers here).
