The following photos are some of the first photos I've ever taken. As a kid, I visited Cochrane Yard (and other yards) with my parent's little 126 camera with big aspirations of producing photographs just like the photos I've seen in those big Railroad magazines like Railfan" and "Trains". I realized as I grew up that professional photographers don't use little 126 cameras (duh), and learned that there's alot of factors that go in to creating the "perfect photo". Although the following "80's" pics aren't of the best quality, the historical value makes these photos a real treasure for me. So, sit back and let's journey back in time to the ONR of the 80's. Enjoy.
